We can take your order online here, over the phone, or by post.
If you are shopping online, then simply choose your giftcard, select your packaging if required, then your postage options and checkout! Greeting cards and gift bags accompany your order if required and we can print out messages making your order a complete gift.
We accept payment by all credit/debit cards except Visa Electron if ordering online, and we accept Paypal (click to pay by Debit/credit card and the PAYpal logo will show).
We process our orders using SagePay secure services. After your order has been processed, we then check this again before we send your orders out. This is because we are very strict on fraud checks as you can imagine with purchasing gift cards and gift vouchers.
If you would like to send us a cheque, or pay using online banking, then simply order as normal, and click PAY BY CHEQUE. This will print out an order form for you with our address details on.

Save your details to an account whilst you order, and you can track the progress of your order.
You will see four options:
Pending - your order is in our system and is waiting to be cleared through fraud checking 9-2pm during working hours
Order Dispatched - along with the date of dispatch, and the Royal Mail reference number if you have chosen trackable post, or the courier reference.
Order Holding - we are doing more checks on your order, or the item you have ordered might be out of stock momentarily. We will advise you of its progress.
Order Cancelled - your order has not been succesful and we have rejected it from our system. Your card will be refunded. Should your order look fraudulent, the relevant authorities are informed for further investigation.
