Making use of The Gift Card Centre’s established systems means you take advantage of our expertise in despatch and delivery.
Cards Delivered and stored at the Gift Card Centre (TGCC)
TGCC holds one of the biggest ranges of UK leading gift cards. These are held with no value. As well as the central stock it is possible to stock a range of cards for sole use by individual customers.
Orders Received
TGCC accepts orders by phone, fax, email or via a secure web application. Your customers may call direct or email an order to TGCC. Alternatively TGCC can receive files of orders via email or web. These are then processed to the agreed service level standard.
Loading & Packing– Loaded Cards
Each card is loaded with the required value and packed with the relevant greeting card, message or gift box. These are then sent to customers following the agreed postage specification.
Loading & Packing – Delayed ActivationCards
Some brands of Gift cards can be despatched inactivated by first or second class post, customers then confirm their receipt of the card and the cards are then activated. TGCC systems allow inactivated cards to be flagged as despatched. Customers then confirm by phone or email that they are in receipt of their card and TGCC then activates the required value on the card. Please enquire for the brands that offer this service.
Management Reporting & Finance
Despatch and Activation reports are generated for all orders. At the end of each day billing reports are collated and clients are invoiced as agreed.
Returns, Refunds and Cancelled Cards
If for any reason a card needs to be cancelled TGGC offer a call centre/email communications support centre. This facility can be operated as an extension of your company, so for example all calls are answered in your company name.
Flexibility
TGCC offers flexibility in b2b applications. Clients may ‘plug in’ to TGCC existing systems or work with us to tailor own branded individual systems to suit your business needs. |
