Where can I spend the COOK Gift Card?

COOK gift cards can be exchanged for any item in full or part payment in COOK stores or online at cookfood.net for home delivery and click & collect. They are not able to process COOK gift cards in stores where the COOK meals are on a concession basis.

Can a COOK Gift Card be used online?

You can use a COOK gift card online at cookfood.net. Simply shop for goods, add them to your basket and when you come to checkout, you’ll be asked to enter the number and pin found on the back of the gift card. For multiple gift cards, enter one set of codes at a time. After entering the gift card codes, your order balance will be automatically updated with credit to the value of the gift card(s). If there’s any balance to pay, you can use a debit or credit card in the usual way.

How long are gift cards valid?

COOK gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase after which any outstanding balance left will expire.
