House of Fraser Gift Cards

11th August - House of Fraser announced today they have stopped accepting existing gift cards and e codes on their website or in store.  However, they have announced if you have a card or code, you can post this into their team and they will reissue you with a new one:

Remember to include your details including email address, phone number and postal address.

Before you post - take an image of your gift card recording the back of it, so you have the numbers needed should you not hear from them.

As per our terms, if you purchased a card from us, your contract now lies with House of Fraser as the gift card belongs to them.  Please therefore write to them as above to get a new gift card.
