When you checkout, you will be given a choice of your postage options: If you choose 1st class or Recorded and your total order is for £75 or over, your gift card/s will not be activated. You then need to contact us to activate your gift card/s. This can then add an extra three working days before you can use your gift card according to some gift card brands but most are live same working day. Activate by emailing us at [email protected]
Option One: First Class Postage - £1.95
This cost includes postage and packing, your credit/debit card charge, and handing charge. This is only advisable for your pack of gift cards that have a value of below £75 in the pack. This means that if the pack gets lost in the post, you are not insured for a new pack. We will endeavour to assist with lost giftcards, but if your card has been used, we will not be able to replace your giftcard.
Option Two: Recorded Delivery - £3.95
Although not insured, at least this is trackable postage. We cannot however replace your card if it has been delivered and a signature received, or if it gets lost in the post and is used. Pack will need activating if the value is £75 or over [email protected] as per above.
Option Three: Trackable Security Courier - £7.95
Fully insured. If missing, we will replace your pack within five working days. We will not replace your pack if our courier say that it has been delivered and can prove this. This option is not guaranteed next day - but it is usual for your pack to arrive next day, if ordered before 2pm. We cannot guarantee this however. Pack will require activating if £500 or over. If under £500, it should come live, but some cards may not be live until 48 working hours after delivery. Email us [email protected]
Option Four: Special Delivery - Saturday Delivery - £11.95
As above, but guaranteed Saturday Delivery so extra charge applies from Royal Mail. Pack will require activating if £500 or over [email protected]
Please note - we dispatch Monday to Fridays - all orders and activation requests need to be received by 1pm each weekday.
