If you are being asked to purchase Gift Cards by someone over the phone or by email, even a colleague, please STOP AND CHECK! We've had a number of customers who have been scammed. You must NEVER purchase Gift Cards as a form of payment or if someone asks you to do so. Please contact us if you need more information.  If you have purchased a google gift card from a store and have a query - please contact that store or Google Play - we cannot assist if we have not sold you your Google play card.    Similarly, if you have had an email from a colleague asking you to purchase Google Play or other gift cards, please check with your colleague by phone that they did send this email before ordering.
