How long are gift cards valid?

Waitrose gift cards are valid for 24 months from purchase or last use. Making a purchase or balance enquiry refreshes the 24 month expiry period. Any unused balance on the card will remain on the gift card and may be applied to future purchases, provided the card has not expired.
